Soverain has partnered with Serissa Research to guide the ongoing development of Transact. Larry Stewart and Win Treese, the principals at Serissa Research, were two of the original Transact architects at Open Market, Inc. They are also authors of the influential book, Designing Systems for Internet Commerce. Their consulting practice spans a range of Internet technologies, with a particular focus on security for networked applications.
