Our support professionals have many years of experience in developing and supporting the Transact e-commerce solution and can assist our customers with any question or problem they may encounter. Support is available via email and live chat 24X7 365 days a year. Telephone support for all levels is available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. U.S. Central Standard Time as well as 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central European Time.
Support Center
Soverain's technical support plays a critical role in the evolution and maintenance of the Transact solution by ensuring optimal functionality, integrity, and performance. For self-service, current customers can log into the Support Center to access the Transact knowledge base, WebTrack and all product documentation. The knowledge base provides answers to frequently asked questions and allows customers to view previously opened support tickets. Using WebTrack, Transact customers are able to open and close tickets online and track the engineering team's progress in addressing support issues. Product documentation for all components of the Transact system is available in both HTML and PDF formats.
